Entering his 18th year of coaching, Adam Brubaker is a passionate and dedicated leader in the world of football. His journey in the sport began at a young age, playing Pop Warner football in the San Fernando Valley, where he developed a lifelong love for the game.
Over the years, Adam has built a strong coaching résumé marked by consistent success and player development. Early in his coaching career, he led youth football teams to five championship appearances, and earning two championship rings. His teams consistently ranked in the top 10 in both offense and defense—a testament to his strategic leadership and focus on fundamentals.
While at Panorama High School, Adam played a key role in helping the program achieve its first-ever winning season, a milestone in the school's football history.
One of the most rewarding moments of Adam’s coaching career came when he saw a player cry tears of joy after a hard-fought victory—an emotional moment that encapsulated the impact of dedication, teamwork, and belief. For Adam, these moments define why he coaches.
Adam’s coaching philosophy extends far beyond the field. He believes football is not just about winning games, but about building character. His core values center on developing young men who are responsible, accountable, and make their families proud.
Now at Royal High School, Adam’s vision is to unite the community through football and celebrate the achievements of student-athletes both on and off the field. He brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to the program, guided by one of his favorite quotes: “Whatever the complaint is, there is something you can do about it.”
Outside of football, Adam is a business owner, running a successful framing company. He resides in Simi Valley with his wife and three kids.

His coaching philosophy is built on 3 core values: effort, focus and respect. He believes these principles are essential for both athletic and personal growth shaping his approach to helping young athletes succeed.
